Let's Play Catch Up!

It's been a relatively busy week, so I haven't really had time to sit and blog. Let's give you guys my log for the week so far.

Monday, July 18th, 2016
Food Log
  1. 2 bananas
  2. Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad
  3. Mi Hoanh Thanh Noodles (half portion from Sunday's dinner)
  4. Costco Chicken and Swiss roll
  5. Watermelon
Total caloric intake - 760 calories

Physical Activity
  1. 70 minutes of walking

Food Log
  1.  Honey Nut Cheerios
  2. Unsweetened almond/coconut blend milk
  3. Cranberry Almond Chicken Salad
  4. 1 slice procuitto
  5. 1 slice provolone
  6. KBBQ for dinner - beef brisket, pork belly
  7. Banana
  8. Dole Pineapple Frozen Yogurt
Total caloric intake - 1,014

Physical Activity
  1. 30 minute walk

  1. Pluot (it's a fruit. look it up!)
  2. Unsweetened almond/coconut blend milk
  3. 100 grand mini bar
  4. 1/2 package tofu
  5. Sweet onion teriyaki sandwich.
    1 slice provolone
    avocado
    cucumbers
    spinach
    sweet onion sauceSriracha
  6. Costco Chicken and swiss roll
  7. Honeydew
Total caloric intake - 979

No physical activity for yesterday.

What I've known is that it will be hard to fit in physical activity during the week.  I'm toying with the idea of going into work early and taking a long lunch to gym.  Thoughts?
