Total weight lost since starting my quest to a shrinking waist line - 10lbs.
Calorie counting and portion control is really helping me, since I rarely have time for real exercise.
It's all water weight haha
I made my very first pizza today. Per Sophie's recommendation, I signed up for Blue Apron and had my first delivery on Saturday. Blue Apron sends you 3 dinner ingredients with instructions on how to put your meals together! This is great for me, since I still am not a huge fan of cooking. It's too hot, I don't like cutting things, and the dishes afterwards. I mean, I feel bad leaving the dishes for Mister and running away all the time, but the idea of dishes terrifies me. In the past week, I've been cram homeworking, working my butt off at work, and practicing away for our Summer concert. I also started doing sound recordings for Asia Entertainment again. I'll be doing a total of 15 song recordings with them in the next few days and then perform for their show towards the end of August.

School's almost over!!!!!!! First semester back in school after a long hiatus wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I'm proud that I made it without making up excuses that a full time corporate job + teaching after hours takes up all my time. I mean, they do take all my time...but there's always room for me to improve myself.
