Reevaluation

Day 3 - Veggies, fruits, and all the soup you can eat.

I still couldn't swallow any soup and the fruit was difficult to eat today.  Since last Friday, I have been plagued with canker sores at the injection sites of the numbing stuff dentist gave me.  The acid from the fruit left me wincing in pain.  I opted to eat more vegetables today instead.

Later on in the day, I could not help but really crave some chicken and salsa. Upon more researching of the Cabbage Soup Diet, I ended up deciding that it was just too extreme for me and that I'd yoyo back from any weight I would have lost.  (I've lost 4lbs up until today, btw! Probably water weight.)

Anyways, I have always had a tendency to be very sedentary.  I rarely ever move from my desk at work, that combined with the excessive snacking, something had to change.  I downloaded a calorie counting app that helps me choose which meals would be better worth the calories.  This app also gives you sugar, protein, and fat goals to reach or keep under each day.

Food Log
  1. 1 cup of pineapple
  2. 2 cups of cherries
  3. Rotisserie chicken breast
  4. 2 whole grain tortillas
  5. Mango chipotle salsa
  6. Slice of lemon yogurt cake
  7. Danimals Yogurt
  8. One Costco Turkey and Swiss roll
Total Calorie Intake - 1,190

Physical Activity
  1. 2 hour walk -
